Contest Agreement

Thank you for your interest in the Third Annual Digital Photo Contest. BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, YOU ARE ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO ALL RULES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS. In addition, you are accepting and agreeing to the Image License and Donation Agreement below:

As the photographer, you retain ownership rights to these images. You are providing these image(s) to the District without compensation of any sort and are hereby licensing the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District, a public agency, to a non-exclusive right to make all legal uses of the donated images, including for use in publications, exhibits, the District Web site, and other applications as deemed appropriate by District staff. District staff will strive to properly credit you for your work but will not be liable for any errors in attribution other than to make reasonable efforts to correct such errors.

I acknowledge having read and understand the foregoing terms for donating and licensing the listed images to the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District.
